The pedicure looks great and I didn't notice any unsafe nail cutting practices. I got the simplest manicure, but my manicurist still put effort in and was meticulous with shaking and cuticle trimming.
My only complaint is that the massage chair left my back covered in bruises.
My daughter and I have been going to Castle Nail Bar since it opened. We see Tracy and Thanh. We look forward to every visit. We always make appointments and are greeted warmly by Valerie and the rest of the Castle team. The quality of service, kind nail techs, clean environment, and nice atmosphere make this our go-to salon.
Went in for soak off. Katie was literally peeling off acrylic from my nail with an artificial nail, told her to stop. She kept doing the same thing. I mean if I want a professional to remove the acrylic and what I get is someone ripping and hurting my nails with improper tools 😠
